Peach State Federal Credit Union is a $1+ billion financial institution that serves more than 70,000+ members across Georgia and South Carolina. The passion for helping its members and communities led the credit union to create the Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation in 2021. The Foundation is funded by the credit union’s Visa Debit Card program and private donations. Since the inception of the Peach State C.A.R.E.S. Visa Debit Card program in July 2019, more than $4.3+ million has been donated to charitable organizations, school systems and the arts in the communities that Peach State serves. Company History

Originally founded in 1961 as Gwinnett Teachers Credit Union, Peach State currently serves its members with 29 branch locations throughout Georgia and South Carolina. In 2012, the Board of Directors voted to change the credit union’s name to Peach State Federal Credit Union to better reflect its membership base.
