Company History
Radiant was founded in 1957 as the Florida USDA Credit Union with $50 in assets in Gainesville, Florida. After a few name changes and over 50 years in business, Radiant Credit Union is became a state chartered Credit Union in 2021, that operates in 15 counties throughout Florida with more than 60,000 members and over $1 billion in assets. In 2025, First Coast Community Credit Union officially merged with Radiant Credit Union to add branch locations in Palatka, Crescent City, and St. Augustine to the Radiant network.
