Your new role

• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations
• Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors in Hong Kong and Mainland China to resolve billing and payment issues
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and local regulations
• Support internal audits and provide documentation as needed
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a commercial setting
• Professional fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Hong Kong accounting standards and basic tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
