Position Purpose

経営戦略及びバックオフィス部門(契約管理部門,保険金部門,ファイナンス部門等)の戦略を踏まえ,既存プロセスの課題を洗い出し• 真のビジネスニーズを引き出し,ビジネスプロセスの再構築を高度な保険業務知識を活用して実現することを責務とする.既存のプロセスに囚われることなく,オペレーションの効率化• 他社との優位性確保に貢献し,適切な指標を設定した上で継続的な改善アクションをステークホルダーに提供すること.

チームおよび部門内外のステークホルダーとの関係を構築し,部門の戦略および目標を達成するために諸課題に積極的に取り組み,分析を行い,論理的な解決策を導きだすこと.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

部門の戦略に基づき,チームのゴール(及び目標)を明確にし,ビジネスニーズを定義すること

深い業務知識を有し,常に中立的な立場で物事を捉え,正しい方向に導くこと

ステークホルダー(社外パートナー含む)に真のニーズを引き出し,最適なソシューションを提案すること

ニーズを業務要件/機能要件に纏め,開発チームに漏れなく伝達すること(ビジネスとITの架け橋となる)

定義したソリューションがシステム(またはオペレーション)に漏れなく反映されていること

Contributing Responsibilities

ソリューション構築後,その妥当性を分析し,必要なフィードバックをステークホルダーに与えること

インシデント発生時,開発/運用チームと連携して影響分析や問題解決を行い,早急な問題解決を図ること

アプリケーションの開発• 保守• 本番支援に関わる知識をしっかり持ち,システム開発を支援すること

Business Knowledge

生損保保険講座,募集人資格等,保険業務に携わるに際し定の基礎知識を保持していることが認められる諸資格の保持

金融機関または保険会社におけるバックオフィス部門に関する業務知識

Technical Experience / Competencies

"必須"

ビジネスアナリストとして,5年以上の業務要件および機能要件作成の実務経験

5年以上の日本の保険会社におけるオペレーション,もしくはその業務分析• 設計の経験

5年以上のUATの計画作成,テストケースおよびシナリオ作成,テスト実施の実務経験

日本の保険会社におけるバックオフィス部門(契約管理,保険金支払い,ファイナンス等)の業務知識

日本語ネイティブもしくは日本語でのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションが取れる日本語力(JLPT N1相当)

"推奨"

BABOKなどビジネスアナリストに関わる諸資格の保持

金融機関等の事業会社での業務経験

Webアプリケーション等のシステム開発経験または関連した業務経験

UI/UXに関する知識および業務経験

Saas等のクラウドサービスに関する知識および業務構築経験

ワークフロー製品(ServiceNow等)に関する知識および業務構築経験

ビジネスレベルの英語力

Position Purpose

Taking responsibility about identifying points of improvement for existing processes, draw out business demands and lead reconstructing business process with high-level insurance knowledge aligning with company strategies and business strategies especially Policy Management, Insurance Claim and Finance function.

Provide positive effect continuously for stakeholders to achieve more efficient operation and contribute securing an advantage to competitions regardless of existing process.

To achieve department goals, build good relationships with all stakeholders, take proactive communication and behavior, and provide logical solutions.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Define business demands with clear team goals based on department strategies

Lead to right direction with neutral standpoint based on deep business knowledge

Always propose the best practice drawing out business demands from all stakeholders

Put all requirements into the documents (Business requirement/ Function requirement) and explain to IT developers to avoid misunderstanding.

Ensure on-boarding all requirements to applications

Contributing Responsibilities

Give feedback to stakeholders with analyzing validity after production go-live

Try to solve immediately when production incident or issue has occurred with IT team

Support system development with deep business and application knowledge

Business Knowledge

Business knowledge of Policy Management, Insurance Claim and Finance function at Japanese Insurance company

Have certifications related to Insurance and Finance company

Technical Experience / Competencies

"Mandatory"

Over 5 years of work experiences creating Business requirements and Function requirement as Business analyst

Over 5 years of work experiences operation analysis and design at Japanese Insurance company as Business analyst

Over 5 years of work experience making UAT plan and test case, scenario and execute testing

Deep business knowledge related to Policy Management, Insurance claim and Finance at Japanese Insurance company

Japanese skill: Native or fluent (JLPT N1) can be communicated with stakeholders in Japanese

Have certifications related to Business analyst knowledge like BABOK

Work experience at a business company like financial company (Bank, Insurance, Asset)

Work experience of Web application system development

Knowledge and work experience of UI/UX

Knowledge and work experience of Cloud Service like Saas product

Knowledge and work experience of Workflow product(ServiceNow etc)

English skill: business level
