The Company is an important multinational operating in Cosmetics based in North West of Milan

Offerta
The ideal candidate will be joined to the Finance Department and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Italy
• Overseeing statutory filings, tax submissions, and audit processes
• Leading the reconciliation of GAAP and local statutory accounts
• Ensuring compliance controls and internal procedures
• Collaborating with global teams, shared services, and external advisors
• Monitoring local regulatory changes and implementing updates to processes
• Supporting financial planning and analysis with variance commentary and forecasts
• Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems

Competenze ed esperienza

• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a multinational environment
• A degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional accounting qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
