Position Summary
CommunityAmerica Credit Union is in search of an experienced Chief Lending Officer to join their leadership team. The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) is responsible for the strategic vision, leadership, and performance of the credit union’s mortgage and consumer lending sales and operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the CLO will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to achieve the organization’s strategic lending goals. Specific key responsibilities include managing the consumer and mortgage lending portfolios to ensure quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance; leading, mentoring, and developing the lending team; and identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with lending operations, including monitoring delinquency rates, loan losses, and overall portfolio profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in lending, banking, credit risk management, or financial services, with at least five years in a senior leadership role. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Requirements
