- Prepare Month End Financials
- Assist with Year End Financials
- Manage Job Costing Reports
- WIP schedule
- Assist AP with weekly checks
- Enter AR invoices
- Sales tax reporting
- Act as a liason with CPA firm
- Other Accounting Projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's (Required)
Must have experience with Sage (Timberline) Software and Excel
2+ years in construction accounting
Ability to manage multiple task and work independently
