A top-tier life insurer is looking for a governance and control professional for the agency channel.

Your new role

• Develop and implement business quality frameworks and controls across various distribution channels.
• Oversee risk areas such as intermediary selection, sales processes, compensation, and customer conduct.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective control measures and conduct regular risk assessments.
• Handle compliance incidents, support audits and regulatory reviews, and promote risk awareness within the department.
• Participate in governance initiatives and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• IIQE licence (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong sense of ownership, with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
