Position Summary
CommunityAmerica Credit Union is in search of an experienced Consumer Lending executive to join their leadership team. The Executive Vice President, Consumer Lending is responsible for the strategic vision, leadership, and performance of the credit union’s consumer lending sales and operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the EVP will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to achieve the organization’s strategic lending goals. Specific key responsibilities include consumer direct and indirect lending (auto loans, personal loans, student loans, and HELOCs), and related lending services. EVP ensures the lending portfolio meets members’ needs, complies with all regulatory requirements, supports sustainable growth, and contributes to the overall financial strength of the credit union. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in lending in a financial institution with a proven track record overseeing large-scale consumer and indirect lending operations. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required.

Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in lending, banking, credit risk management, or financial services, with at least five years in a senior leadership role. A bachelor’s degree is required.
