TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Loan Servicing team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.
Loan Service Representatives are responsible for reviewing & processing consumer loan files to ensure compliance with TopLine Policies & Procedures as well as all state and federal regulations. They are also responsible for the post-closing servicing of both direct and indirect consumer loans. This position also provides support to branch personnel in regards to the processing and closing of consumer loans
A successful Loan Service Representative will be able to do:
- Reviews all consumer loan files for compliance to help ensure quality.
- Clearly document and follow up on any corrections to loan documents that need to be completed.
- Ensure that lien perfections are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate files pertaining to consumer loans including, but not limited to, applications, documents, collateral tracking and filing, insurance records, recording of documents, and other documentation.
- Conduct loan file maintenance for all loan products.
- Complete paid in full report including releasing liens.
- Provide assistance to branch personnel and/or members resolving any account related issues.
- Performs other related duties and special projects as required or assigned.
Salary Range: $22.93 – 28.66 (hourly)

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year loan processing/closing experience is desired.
- Previous clerical or customer service experience essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current knowledge of consumer loan regulations and policies relating to processing is essential.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills essential and ability to work independently.
