Management Accountant - 3-Month Contract
Location: Weston-super-Mare (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)
Type: Full-time, Contract (3 months)

Morgan McKinley is proud to be partnering with a well-established SME based in Weston-super-Mare, currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a 3-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, hands-on individual who can hit the ground running and provide immediate value. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate monthly management accounts, supporting financial operations, and partnering with stakeholders to provide insight and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts
• Cashflow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI reporting
• Supporting payroll, VAT submissions, and year-end preparation
• Leading on financial process improvements and mentoring junior team members
• Acting as a key finance partner across the business

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, have strong technical accounting skills, and be happy working full-time from the company's friendly Weston-super-Mare office.
