I am currently working with a high growth Food and Beverage company who are looking for a Management Accountant to come and join a growing team. This is a perfect role from someone who has come from practice and has a commercial mindset to support commercial direction of the business.
My client is high growth creating lots of opportunities, they have a small but highly impactful team, you will be reporting into the Finance Director and a doted line into the founder of the company.
For this role you will be responsible;
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companies growth.
• Oversee all day to day financial operations including accounting, reporting and treasury.
• Own the cash flow forecasting to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Support expansion into new markets with robust financial planning and risk assessment.
• Business partner with stakeholders and influence decision making.
• Foster continuous improvement and professional development.

For this role you will need to be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified and have experience working in a start-up/ fast growing company however not essential. You will need to have a growth attitude and someone who is adaptable to change to keep up with the current growth of the business.
This role is paying between £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus. Please note this role is office based and you'll need to be in the office 5 days a week.
