Description

I am currently partnering with a rapidly growing FinTech business who are looking for a Revenue Accountant to join their financial accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for for revenue management and supporting Treasury related activities reporting directly to the Group FC.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and updating revenue reporting across all income streams.
• Support on month-end revenue journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Responsible for raising invoices, AR Management inc addressing credit notes and Support in addressing billing-related queries from Business or Customers.
• Develop and enhance short- and mid-term corporate cash flow forecasting models.
• Developing reporting and analysis on FX exposure as well as client led FX activity across different locations and periods.
• Develop analysis and report and ultimately support the development of automated models/AI to optimise client funds.
• Lead on the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and controls

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in a financial services or payments environment
• Excellent data analysis skills including SQL
