Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and helping others achieve their financial goals? Join our team as a Universal Banker, where you’ll play a key role in building strong member relationships and supporting day-to-day branch operations.
The Universal Banker handles both member service and transaction functions, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting Credit Union products. This role combines sales, service, and operational support in compliance with regulatory and security standards.
*Assigned branch location to be determined - Branches are located in Sharon, Mansfield, East Walpole, North Attleboro, Brockton, Taunton, and Foxboro*
What You’ll Do:
- Build and deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations
- Meet or exceed branch sales and service goals
- Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions
- Educate members on digital banking tools and services
- Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Refer members to appropriate specialists for additional services
- Support daily operations, branch opening/closing, and assist with loan processing
- Participate in community events and promote Credit Union services
