Orlando Credit Union ($363M in assets) has announced its search for a Vice President of Marketing. Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing (VPM) leads the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen Orlando Credit Union’s brand, drive member growth and retention, and enhance member experience across all channels. This role oversees integrated marketing functions including digital marketing, AI-enabled data analysis, branding, advertising, business development, public relations, and product marketing. The VPM directs cross-functional teams, leverages cutting-edge technology—including artificial intelligence and automation—and ensures alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with a Master’s degree preferred. At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a strategic capacity. Fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required.
