Company Overview
Founded in 1948, Arsenal Credit Union is a $413M federally insured, state-chartered credit union focused on providing great service to our members through our branch network and digital banking channels. It’s our goal to equip members with tools and technology that put them in control so they can crush their financial goals with confidence.
As a 2024 Top Workplace award recipient by the St. Louis Post Dispatch, we're proud of our culture of unity and commitment to our employees. Company History
Founded in 1948 as Aero Credit Union.
Changed name to Arsenal Credit Union in 1952.
Merged with the St. Louis Veterans Administration Credit Union in 1973.
Additional small mergers in the early 1980s.
Moved corporate headquarters to Arnold, Missouri.
Opened our Swansea, IL, location in 2014 after a merger with Southern Illinois Area Credit Union.
