Sun Health is comprised of Sun Health Foundation, Sun Health Communities and Sun Health Wellness – each supporting and advancing an overall mission to champion superior health and wellbeing through philanthropy, inspired living and wellness programs.

Sun Health Communities owns and operates three Life Plan Communities—Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village and The Colonnade—as well as the Sun Health At Home® program. Both residents and Sun Health At Home members have access to unmatched amenities, community clubs, social activities and lifetime access to health care.
