Company History
"Re-introduced" in 2015, James L. This and Associates was form by James L. This and Susan Girsch to provide consulting services to credit unions.
Jim was the co-founder and President of The Paragon Consulting Group until January 2016. Sue was Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for The Paragon Consulting Group.
Jim and Sue will continue to manage the Volunteer Leadership Institute - Hawaii for The Paragon Group.
